  Went to this location on Saturday after calling and they told me they were open until noon. Got there at 11:56 and the door was locked. The man inside the store behind the counter saw me try to open the door then tried to ignore me after making eye contact with me. I said you are open till noon and it's not noon yet. He then continued to ignore me and waved his hands like he did not care. Very poor customer service. All I needed was a cap for a outside unit. Customer service class needed for this guy because he lacks it.
